"Flagship" is the first short in The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack. In this short, Flapjack finds Peppermint Larry sending messages to ships offshore using signal flags, which Flapjack imitates with disastrous results.

Synopsis[]
The short starts off when Peppermint Larry is seen waving two flags. Flapjack walks up to him in shock, thinking he's gotten scurvy. Larry clarifies to him that he is only signaling to ships to see how much candy they want. Flapjack asks if he can wave the flags but Larry forbids him.
When Larry walks away from his post to eat lunch, Flapjack starts waving the flags around, causing a boat to crash and sink. He vows never to wave a flag again but K'nuckles greets him and causes Flapjack to wave at him with a flag in hand, making Stormalong Harbor sink.
