Kelly picking on Flapjack.
Kelly is a one time character in the series, The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack. He is a young boy who hosted a birthday party in the episode "Flapjack Goes To A Party", for some reason, he was named Kelly.
Kelly from what is displayed is a foul-mouthed and incredibly rude child quite possibly even a spoiled brat. Despite not knowing him well, he and the others kids were quick to pick on Flapjack for seemingly no reason at all. Although he gained some respect for the boy upon hearing his adventures. Unknown to Kelly, Flapjack was actually the "weirdo" he and his friends despise.
Kelly was having a birthday party, however, did not invite Flapjack. Kelly and Flapjack briefly became friends, not long before Flapjack admitted he was Bubbie's son, causing Kelly called him a "weirdo."
Kelly is voiced by Late June Foray the fame of Rocky and Bullwinkle.

- Kelly and his friends feelings towards Flapjack, Bubbie, and K'nuckles likely stems from the bad reputation the 3 garner largely in part due to Flapjack and K'nuckles' frequent antics around Stormalong that causes many problems around the harbor.
- Flapjack mistaken Kelly for being a girl.
- Kelly was half right about the heroes (victims) the are hopeless.
