The Theme Song is played throughout every episode of Cartoon Network's The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack This is more similar to the 1930s folk song Big Rock Candy Mountain to help and support K'nuckles finding Candied Island. The theme song's sequence is animated in stop-motion.

The sequence begins with a stop-motion Bubble is in overseas. Flapjack is wide awake and K'nuckles explained how Flapjack visited to Candied Island causing his eyes gone candy-crazy. A view of Candied Island was added in. Bubble is talking about something while Flapjack and K'nuckles are in her mouth. The ships are floating and K'nuckles eyes gone candy-crazy. The villainous crabs and a squid float alongside the main three. Flapjack and K'nuckles are feeling excited. Again, Bubble is talking about something. The citizens and Flapjack pop out The show's logo appears alongside the channel's old 1992-04 logo below.
