The Sewer guy lives in The Sewers. He has two lines consisting of "Hi Sandwich!" and "Run". He only talked to Flapjack and seems hungry for he called Flapjack "Sandwich". He also fights giant rats. Or maybe The Sewer Guy is Flapjacks father, and called him Sandwich instead of Flapjack.
